Shouldnt be called 24/7...only works half the time!!

I use this app for college football information and for the most part they do a decent job of providing information that isnt readily available anywhere else. Thats about the only small positive.
This app crashes all the time, the formatting is terrible, links are often broken or dont work, and the overall user experience is very bad. I am a subscriber to this information and pay extra to get information. It is a shame that they cant get this right especially since they collect money from memberships and advertising on the site. Really disappointing.
